MLR attorney Andy Lauersdorf is delivering a presentation this afternoon to the Oregon Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI).  The presentation will focus on recent trial and appellate court decisions on the National Fire Protection Association’s “NFPA 921: Guide for Fire and Explosion Investigations,” including the distinction between negative corpus and deductive reasoning.  Andy is actively involved in IAAI and MLR proudly supports the organization’s mission to encourage the use of scientific principles and methods in the investigation of fire cause and origin.
