Last week, MLR partner FJ Maloney presented as part of an esteemed panel of presenters at the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Sections’s annual Property Insurance Law Committee CLE in Las Vegas, Nevada.  FJ’s presentation was entitled “Direct v. Indirect Off Premises Business Income Losses Mount St. Helens and Beyond.”  This three day seminar featured some of the top insurance litigators across the country, on a variety of topics related to  how major catastrophic losses shape property insurance law.  This was a well attended event, and we encourage everyone to attend next year’s annual event.
