Dylan focuses his practice on automobile liability, catastrophic injury, commercial litigation, dram shop, and premises liability. During law school, Dylan pursued an interest in civil litigation at the Oregon Department of Justice and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon. At ODOJ, he was heavily involved with employment and prisoner litigation, including working on a trial team for a multi-million dollar whistleblowing case. At the U.S. Attorney’s Office, he managed the Central Violations Bureau misdemeanor docket by negotiating plea agreements, appearing in federal magistrate court, and representing the United States in bench trials. Dylan also assisted appellate, criminal, and civil division Assistant United States Attorneys with procedural issues, Fourth Amendment searches, employment law, environmental regulation, tax law, and ethics matters.
